** 해당 포지션은 재고 부족&과잉을 피하고, 부품 공급 서비스 수준을 높이기 위해 재고 상황 모니터링, 수입 시 운송비 절약을 위한 (급행/항공/해상배송 등) 적절한 비율로 상품구매, 배송과정 모니터링 등 Inventory Control 관련 전반 업무를 함께 담당하게 됩니다. 자동차업계에서의 inventory 혹은 After sales parts business 유관 경력이 있으신 분, 영어사용 능숙, SAP사용가능, 디테일에 꼼꼼하고 자기주도적인 환경에서 근무 가능하신 분을 모집합니다.

 

1.업무내용

<Inventory Control Associate>

- Inventory Control : Review&place purchasing orders by Express / Air / SEA upon the approval of the manager to minimize purchasing transportation cost

- Inventory Monitor : Monitoring sales trend of fast moving parts and claim parts from vendors to avoid lack oock and to improve the parts service level.

- ETKA Support Inquiry : Review & Inquire ETKA support for Dealer’s parts related inquiry

 

2.지원자격

- 관련경력 우대 (자동차업계 inventory 혹은 After Sales prats business 근무경험자)

- SAP 사용 가능자 우대, 디테일에 꼼꼼하고 자기주도적인 환경 근무가능자

- 업무상 영어 능통자 (리포팅가능자) 필수

 

3.근무조건

- 근무기간: 1년 파견계약

- 근로시간: 주5일(월~금) 09:00~18:00

- 급여: 면접 시 경력별 협의(100%)

- 근무지: 청담동 아우디폭스바겐코리아 본사 (청담역 도보 10분 거리)

- 복리후생: 회사내규에 따름

<Job Summary&Purpose>

Responsible for supporting administrative operations regarding controlling the inventory by purchasing with different shipping conditions(Express/Air/Sea) to make the best parts service level and the minimized transportation cost through optimized stock order ratio. And he/she reports internally with reference to monitoring the stock level of indivisual parts to avoid lack of stock and to improve the parts service level.
